Enterprise (SME) market. iareanet™ services provide key IT solutions
that SME clients require. Under the Partner Programs, iareanet™
distributes and sells its products through its Partners, who integrate
them with other vendor components to provide a ‘total solution’ for
their customers.
iareanet™ offers four different Partner Programs, including the Referral
Agent, Solution Partner, Gold Partner, Platinum Partner and Carrier
Partner. Each
program provides the necessary flexibility to adapt to each partner’s
capabilities and/or desired business model, and vary according to what iareanet™ services they provide and the level of responsibility they
undertake to deliver to their client.
Iareanet’s Partner program offers two
types of partnerships to fit multiple types of organizations. Thus, the program provides the
flexibility needed to adapt to each partner’s capabilities while
outlining the necessary functions and activities needed to be
performed in order for the channel member to qualify for each
program level:

Referral Agent:

Solution partners must meet all iareanet’s sales and support
standards and is able to provide quality sales, product and
technical support to end-user customers. Qualified Agent Partners
have a minimum of 1 trained resources for end-user sales and
technical support.
- Wholesale;
Gold Partner,
Platinum Partner
and Carrier Partner:
meets all Wholesale Partner requirements and has demonstrated
market leadership in delivering voice and/or data solutions within
a given market. Wholesale Channel Partners typically have several
solution offerings, are equipped to service small to large end-user
customers and have a minimum of 2-8 trained resources for end-user
technical support.
